Sarah Biltz

Sarah began her career with the Buckeye Council in 2015 as a District Executive in the Netawotwes District. Her dedication and leadership quickly propelled her forward — she was promoted to Hetuck District Director in 2018, followed by Development & Marketing Director in 2021. In November 2023, she transitioned into the role of Program & Marketing Director, and most recently, in April 2025, she was named the Director of Program and Marketing.

A native of Millersburg, OH, Sarah attended The Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2015. Growing up in a Scouting family, she was immersed in the program from a young age. With three brothers involved in Scouting and parents who were active volunteers, she spent countless weekends at Pinewood Derbies and campouts. She joined a Venture Crew in high school and has attended the National Jamboree three times — as a participant, staff member, and visitor.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys woodworking, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Her passion for creativity and adventure continues to shape both her personal and professional journey.
