The summer camp program at Seven Ranges Scout Reservation delivers the adventure, fun, and activities that are promised to every youth that joins Scouting. While at camp Scouts put into action the skills that they have practiced year-round within their own troop. Summer camp is the proving ground for the “preferred method” of Scout camping: a troop operating under its own leadership.
The leadership lessons, character development, and vocational exploration youth will discover have their greatest impact in the outdoor classroom. Traditions found only at Seven Ranges crystallize these experiences and transform them into lifelong memories. It is only here that the pictures in the handbook come to life as youth seek the promised adventure of Scouting.

About The my.scouting.org Roster
To ensure the safety of all Scouts, Buckeye Council and Seven Ranges Scout Reservation will be requiring a printed troop roster from my.scouting.org upon check in at camp. These rosters will be vetted against your summer camp roster to ensure that all members of your troop are registered in Scouting and have updated Youth Protection Training. To pull this roster, log in to my.scouting.org > Menu > Roster > Export Roster.
As a reminder, the National Boy Scouts of America implemented a policy in 2023 that requires all adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouts BSA activity must be currently registered as an adult volunteer in that unit and in the position they are serving in.
For example, if you are a Cubmaster in a pack, but wanting to attend Scout Summer Camp with an older child, you must register in the troop because you are serving in a troop leadership role.
For Provisional Campers: Simply bring a copy of your Scouting Membership card that can be printed from my.scouting.org.
Registration Information
2026 Scouts BSA Summer Camp fees are based on when full payment is received. Adult pricing is full week or partial week (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). All registrations require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Units also need to make a campsite deposit of $150. Units have the opportunity to reserve the campsite and week for the upcoming summer. Although we make every attempt to keep units in their selected site, the camp reserves the right to move your unit if you are not maximizing the site capacity, and the site is needed to house a larger unit.
- The unit leader registers all youth and adults for summer camp. For example, youth must pay their fees to the troop leadership, and then the troop registers and pays for the youth. Participants do not register directly with the Buckeye Council, unless they are a scout registering to be a part of the provisional troop.
- Arrow of Light Crossovers should be registered as a Arrow of Light Crossover, instead of Youth, to receive the $10 discount. There is no longer an extension for Arrow of Light Crossovers as the traditional Early deadline has been extended to 3/31 at 11:59pm.
When merit badge registration opens, an associated program fee will be added to the troop’s camp registration fees. For example, youth participating in Shotgun Merit Badge will owe $20 for ammunition and targets.
Below you will find the fee chart. All of these fees below must be paid in full to receive the discount. So want to save the most amount of money? Pay in full the dates below. If you are not paid in full, you will be charged the regular price.
A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions taken by the Buckeye Council online and in person. This fee can be avoided by paying via e-check when registering for camp or making a large deposit into your unit’s contingent account on the website by mailing/delivering a check with a memo “Contingent Deposit” to the Buckeye Council at 2301 13th Street NW, Canton, OH 44708 and we will put it into your account.
