Kim Messersmith

Kim is the Council Fundraising Specialist and Office Manager for the Mansfield Scout office and the Marion Scout Shop/Service Center for the Buckeye Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Kim has been employed by various Boy Scout councils many years. She began her Scouting career in the Johnny Appleseed Area Council as a secretary. With the inception of the Heart of Ohio Council in 1994, she became the administrative assistant to the Scout Executive and the fundraising secretary. In January 2017, she joined the Buckeye Council.

Kim has been a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals since 1994. She is a Certified Administrative Professional, with an Organizational Management Certification. She is MOS certified in Office Word and Office Excel.

Kim graduated from North Central State College with an Associate Degree in applied business.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys working out at the Shelby Y, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
