Boy Scout Leader Training
A Scoutmaster or assistant Scoutmaster is considered to be trained after completing the following courses:

Boy Scout Leader Specific (offered by various districts and at Summer Camp; see council calendar)
Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (offered by various districts and at Summer Camp; see council calendar)
A committee member is considered to be trained after completing the following courses:
Fast Start (available online at MyScouting.org)
This is Scouting (available online at MyScouting.org)
Troop Committee Challenge (available online at MyScouting.org)
All registered members of the BSA must complete Youth Protection Training at least every 2 years.
