Programs of the Buckeye Council are offered throughout the year and provide opportunities for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, Explorers and their families to enjoy all that Scouting has to offer.

Council Activities  are those programs that do not have an overnight or camping component.  Service projects and day events are inlcuded in Activities.  Scouting for Food, Cub Scout Day Camp, and Merit Badge Day are examples of programs under activities.

Council Camping are those programs that do have an overnight or camping component.  Summer Camp, Camperalls, Webelos Resident Camp, and Lad & Me are examples of programs offered through council camping.

Council Training  are those programs that follow a syllbus in order to provide training to youth and adult leaders.  Some advance training may have an overnight or camping component.

High Adventure  are those programs that are provided through the Boy Scouts of America but require advance outdoor skills, age requirements, and specific physicals.  Philmont, Florida Sea Base, Northern Tier, National Scout Jamboree, and the World Jamboree fall into this program type.
